Pleasant cottage with a scenic location in the middle of รland, approx. 18 km southeast of Borgholm.
The cottage consists of a comfortable living room with a wood stove, a kitchen with a small wood stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a shower. In the annex you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside the annex there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue for nice summer evenings. The plot are large with room for various ball games for the children.

The owners who live nearby have some sheep that graze on the surrounding land. They also have a slaughterhouse if you want to buy lamb meat.
In about 15 minutes by car, you will reach Borgholm with its range of shops, restaurants and the king's summer pleasure, Solliden.
