In winter the surrounding San Bernardino Mountains are ideal skiing grounds with two ski resorts. In summer, Bear Mountain is a favorite for bikers and golfers. LIVING SPACE - Spacious 4950+ sq ft home with entry level open floor plan with a large living room, TV, ceiling fans, large sectional sofa, beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and dining area. Second level family room a foosball table, wood stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bonus rooms, 3.5 bath. Upstairs entry level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, fireplace, and private bath with shower, tub, and double sinks. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and lower deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs first bonus room has queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs second bonus room has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
