Located approximately 1 mile off I 85 exit 19 in Anderson, SC and furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Parking for 2 vehicles. Complete kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. View of the pool and Lake Hartwell with a 48 hour courtesy dock available. Only 12 miles to Clemson football, basketball, baseball, The Walker Golf course and other college activities of Clemson and Anderson Universities. Also enjoy a visit to the beautiful S.C. Botanical Gardens. Very close to excellent restaurants, shopping, civic center and easy access to interstate 85. This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking some of your own meals. The living room has a flat screen hdTV with cable like streaming service. There are special discount rates for weekly or monthly bookings. In the off season, we may offer additional discounts to professional individuals who commit to extend their stay to 3 months or more. We are new to this rental site but this condo has been on a rental program for many years so we are experienced in providing a pleasant stay for our guests.
