The .64 acre lot is on a quiet dead end road and offers 120 feet of frontage with great sandy bottom semi clear water swimming. Boat out on the 450 acre lake or float the river directly to the cabin after experiencing some of the finest fishing in the area. The Cabin features a large 12x26 ft. family room, fireplace and air conditioning. With a capacity of 12 you can bring the entire family and dog to boat the lake, ride ATV's and float the river. Extra toys are included with a canoe, 2 kayaks, and 12 tubes to float the river directly; a newly built locking shed is available to store rods and water toys. This is a one of a kind vacation property!
