Summary: The coffee machine in the room did not function. I asked staff at the reception to take care of that. They didn’t. The matras of the bed was too hard. Because of that I did not sleep well. There was a lamp in the room, that gave constantly alarming signals. We couldn’t turn it off. The system of the turning on/off of lighting was much too complex. They did not clean the bathroom.
