Ideal for Notre Dame football or other events on campus (including Saint Mary's and Holy Cross).
It is easy to walk or bike to campus: 0.5 miles to edge of campus, about 1 mile to entrance to campus. If you go the other direction you can stroll or ride along the river walk. Easy access to downtown, including the Morris Performing Arts Center and lots of great restaurants.
New carpet & new paint were recently added to the house, along with updating to bathrooms. The kitchen was remodeled shortly before that. The enclosed porch overlooking the backyard is great for enjoying the mornings and evenings. We provide a grill, charcoal, and grilling utensils.
There are five beds total in this house, with room for air mattresses which may be provided to you upon request.
