Summary: We had a good stay overall, but the breakfast experience during the busy morning period was disappointing due to a lack of supervision at the buffet. The rush wasn’t the issue — it was seeing children unattended around the food. We witnessed kids sniffing dishes, breathing over the buffet while reaching for items, and even putting food back from their plates. It felt unhygienic, and we ate very little out of concern for food safety. As parents of two young children, we would never let them approach a buffet alone. Most hotels have signage requiring children to be with an adult, so it was surprising this wasn’t in place here. A bit more oversight and clearer rules would go a long way in improving the breakfast experience for all guests.
