This is a tranquil space offering elevated comfort both inside and out. Outside you will enjoy a private pool, covered patio, gas grill, and a yard seemingly made for yard games.
The pool is not heated but there is a fire-pit to makes s'mores for cold nights.
Inside you will find high quality bedding (we take sleep very seriously), a couch you may never wish to leave, and plenty of space to relax or get some work done (if you must) in second living room.
We cannot decide which we love more, inside or outside!
This home is like a warm hug from a friend!
The formal living room is set up to be an office/study but it is also great for hooking up a game system away from the main living area.
There is plenty of parking in the shaded driveway and an attached garage as well.
Location and Neighborhood-
Location is UNBEATABLE! Just minutes from 410 and I-10.
There are two HEB's, a must experience if you are new to Texas, within 3-7 minutes.
We love the one in the Alon Market so we drive the full 7 to our HEB. :)

We love to jog and ride our bikes to Phil Hardberger Park, an entrance to which is only 1.5 miles away. If you love to cycle, Hardberger offers 20+ miles of paved trails and you can easily access other paved trails systems like Mission and Leon Creek.
