The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, BBQ and heat/ac. We are near restaurants, bars, supermarket, the NYC ferry and the subway. Like the beach? We are situated half a block away from the ocean! Coming with your family? We have a travel crib and high chair if you need them. Driving a car? No problem, we have a parking area that is great for loading and unloading. Like to cook? Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and backyard BBQ! Are you an artist, writer, yogi or studying for final exams? The house is perfect for a quiet ocean retreat! Small and well trained pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
