You'll feel like a movie star when you stay at O'Neill's Getaway, really! This home is featured in the ICE Agent movie which was released fall 2016. The movie stars Michael Madsen and Joanna Pacula. This home is in the perfect location. You can be at local restaurants in minutes by boat or car but are still tucked away in the trees. An elegantly appointed home with a contemporary floor plan that is full of natural light; this home has it all. Also includes a pool table! A wooded pathway leads to the dock and a private sandy beach. Fire-pit located on the property!! The gourmet kitchen has two full size refrigerators, a large island and huge table or you can take lunch out to one of the 4 picnic tables! Several sets of new stoneware added. Three stories offer privacy to even the largest families and plenty of space to spread out! Wonderful screened in porch included for guests!! On the top level there are 3 bedrooms. One with a queen, one with a queen and twin and a master suite with 2 queens. Also 2 full bathrooms, both with double sinks on the top level. The main level has a huge bright living room with large flat screen and BluRay player, full bathroom, large eat-in kitchen and access to the deck and screened porch. The porch offers plenty of seating and 1 large gas grill. The lowest level has a family room, pool table, full bathroom, laundry and 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen and one has a queen and a twin. Please note-this property has 100 stairs from home to water and has a steep incline to dock.
