Oak & Vine is an expansive vineyard estate designed to host large groups visiting the Central Coast. Within the estate’s 46 acres, it showcases breathtaking views, luxury amenities, and unique private culinary experiences. There are two homes on the property; the elegant Vineyard house and charming Garden House. The property is also home to two barns, an amphitheater, Chef’s garden, and our recently planted 15 acre vineyard where we will produce multiple varieties of Rhone style grapes. Surrounded by Oak trees, the two vacation homes each feature a Chef’s style kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, and a full service bar. Oak & Vine is proud to offer our own private Chef and Mixologist are available to enhance your experience. Event barn available for weddings and special events, ask about adding this to your stay. Guests can also enjoy our many outdoor amenities and take advantage our extremely close proximity to the area’s most acclaimed wineries.
Garden House
The Garden House at Oak & Vine is available now and, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodates up to 12 guests. This farm style home overlooks the Chef’s garden, as well as beautiful Templeton countryside. The modern farmhouse design features an abundance of natural light, open floor plan and expansive outdoor decks. Guests will enjoy a family style dining room with a vineyard view. Each of the five bedrooms are appointed with top of the line beds and custom millwork.
Vineyard House
The Vineyard House at Oak & Vine, with 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 21 guests. The house sits at the highest point of the property, allowing for breathtaking vineyard views from all sides, and especially appreciated from the sweeping second story deck. Vineyard House welcomes guests with a charming courtyard patio and outdoor fireplace. Inside, guests will enjoy a stone fireplace as the centerpiece of an open living room with vaulted ceilings and a digital grand piano. Each of the eight bedrooms are furnished with Puffy mattresses, luxury linens and modern fixtures. Additional amenities include a 25 foot outdoor fire element, laundry room, library and large multi-purpose room, equipped with A/V capabilities and ideal for meetings and group activities.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We held our wedding weekend here and everything about the Oak and Vine Vineyard Estate homes and property is absolute perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring the catering staff of Oak and Vine for your event as well, the service and food is unmatched. Using Oak and Vine catering company took our 3 day event to the next level and without them our stay would not have been as amazing.I know this venue was recently remodeled and it shows, every amenity and feature of the homes is stunning. I have a friend who works in real estate in LA and she was constantly commenting on each feature of the house and how great it was. All rooms are a great size and there are plenty of bathrooms. Easily and comfortably fit our whole wedding party without feeling crammed. We even had a dance party and workout class in the spare room - seriously, so much space!The view is even better than the photos let on. Over 40 acres of rolling hills and vines to enjoy during breakfast coffee outside or late night cocktails. We did not ever leave the site because of it's beauty, we ate every meal at the estate and enjoyed the property from thursday-sunday.I scored the general condition a 3/5 because unfortunately the water cut out and stopped working for over 12 hours Sunday. We had our wedding on Saturday and if the water issue happened any earlier than it did, our wedding would not have been able to continue. No food made, no drinks, etc.Specifically, when guests that stayed in the Garden House woke up on Sunday, the water was broken and the 9 guests could not use the toilet, cook/prepare food, shower, etc. It was a large issue. I am surprised the venue had this issue, it was very upsetting. Furthermore, we did not receive what we believed to be an adequate amount of money back for this issue.That being said, I know Oak and Vine Estate did not plan the water outage on purpose.
