Summary: We only stayed one night. The staff was professional and helpful. But some things were lacking. The staff was not ABC licensed to serve liquor, beer and wine was the only option. The coffee pot in the lobby was broken. We had to rely on the instant packets in our room which did not fit the hot water pitcher. The staff was able to find different coffee packs but the coffee was terrible. Valet worked fine. Room was comfortable but small and the TV was maybe 32" we didnt use it. Our room was very close to the sidewalk and that made it a bit uncomfortable with curtains having to be drawn for privacy. I expected a bit more. It is not a traditional big chain hotel experience but more of a boutique.
