Positive: The property is a convent in a modern building set on the hillside. The room was basic but more than adequate.The Sisters will collect you by car from Sutri if you wish. The food is a set menu, simple and nourishing - the highlight was ice cream home made by the nuns!

Negative: Nothing. Remember that effectively you are a guest in someone else’s house, and should fit to their way of doing things and their timetable.
