PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM IN THIS SECTION BEFORE BOOKING MY PROPERTY
I want to thank you for considering my property as a quick getaway and a place to relax with friends and family. Before you book my property there are a few things you must know and agreed to before booking my home. I want you to enjoy every second of your stay, but because my neighborhood has a very strict noise ordinance my property does not allow any loud activity past 10 PM-8 AM.
You will be staying in a private home located in sunny Southern California that includes a HEATED SWIMMING POOL/HOT TUB, POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, ARCADES!!! With private parking and plenty of space to relax! Ideal for a vacation with family and friends, honeymoons, and business meetings! The weather is always wonderful, the community is very safe, and you will be within walking distance to many of California’s best restaurants and South Coast Plaza Shopping. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Free High-Speed Internet, SMartTV, and Game room. Clean beach/bath towels, warm blankets, and all your needed kitchen items to support a large group of family and friends.
WHAT IS LOUD ACTIVITY YOU MAY ASK??
Good Question! Loud activity is any activity that can be heard by my neighbors. If they can hear it past 10 PM it is disturbing them. So for this reason my home does not allow the following:
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and LOUD MUSIC. No gathering outside past 10 PM, this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.
-No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM.
• Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us before their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be fine $1000.00 and lose your security deposit. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.
By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests, you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Note: The total of 10 guests for this house is Adults +children. If there are more than 10 guests including adults/children. There will be additional charge for $100 per adult/child per night.
Other things to note
What TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is at 4 PM local time, and check-out is no later than 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $200 for both or $100 for either early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in at 1 PM. Late check-out at 2 PM.
WILL I NEED TO MEET UP TO GET A KEY?
Our home has a keyless lock. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code before arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
CAN WE HAVE THE HOT TUB/POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the temperature of the hot tub/pool can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the hot tub/pool to be heated to 85 for pool/ 102 for hot tub degrees, we do charge a fee of $150 per night for both hot tub/pool or $50/ for hot tub. The pool takes about 11 hours for it to be fully heated. Please let us know at least 48-hour in advance of your arrival if you would like a hot tub/pool added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Our home is furnished and has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, bender, refrigerator, and crock-pot. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer some spices, salt, and pepper.
Please note: our house does not have a dishwasher.
There are bath towels, pool towels, and extra blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
SHOULD I SMOKE IN THE HOUSE?
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house or where she can get into the house. Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE with the DOORS TO THE HOUSE CLOSED and in the back yard. DO NOT allow smoke to drift into the house. The smoke smell inside the house is extremely difficult to remove and most guests do not like it. If there is lingering smoke or pot smell in the house there will be an additional $300 cleaning charge. Guests MUST dispose of cigarette butts responsibly after extinguishing.
ARE PET ALLOWED?
DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $300 charged for deep cleaning.
WHERE DO I PARK?
-PARKING available on the driveway and in front of the house. You may park on the street, but not in front of the neighbors houses. Carpooling are the best.
Street sweeping: Every Monday morning. If you park on the street, remember to move your car off the street so you don’t get a ticket.
GAME ROOM
The game room and the rest of the house are open 24 hours a day for you and your family to enjoy.
Does the Fireplace work?
No, sorry the fireplace doesn't work. It's just for look only.
PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB
The private HEATED SWIMMING POOL and hot tub located in the backyard of the house are available for you to use every day from 8AM to 10 PM. At 10 PM the lights and heater for the swimming pool and hot tub will be automatically turn off the hot tub jet and all of the lights in the backyard will also automatically turn off. The pool, hot tub, in the backyard area we open at 8AM for you and your family to continue enjoying!
Please use the pool and hot tub safely and at your own risk. There’s no lifeguard on duty. By booking my property you agreed to accept full liability and responsibility for your injuries you may receive by using the pool and hot tub.

TRASH: Trash pick-up is Friday morning (early). If you are there at that time, please pull the trash cans out to be emptied on Thursday night. Once the trash cans emptied, please pull them back in and place them next to the side of the pool area in the backyard. Thanks in advance.
Pool Cleaning: the pool guy come by every Monday and Thursday afternoon to have the pool clean.
Garden: The gardeners come by Tuesday afternoon for garden work.

DEPARTURE PROTOCOLS (before you leave):
Remember, this is not a hotel. Clean upstanders are different. The cleaning fee is for laundering bedding & towels, wiping services, light vacuuming, and prepping for the next guest only. Go through the house to gather any trash. Placed all trash and recycling in appropriate bins at the side of the garage. Leave used beddings and towels in their perspective room on the floor. If you have moved furniture or anything please replace it where it was.
Note: we just renovated the kitchen and the two bathrooms. Thank you for understanding.
