The spacious interior of this 2 bedroom 2 bath house is newly renovated and furnished by Ethos, with hardwood floors, modern appliances, large HDTVs, central A/C and heating, and designer furniture decorated in a coastal California style. The generous sized backyard is fully enclosed by a privacy fence and is equipped with a deck and flagstone patio with a wood burning firepit.
The Bedrooms and The Living Room:
Both bedrooms have queen size beds with plenty of linens, pillows and comforters. One of the beds folds up into a wall cabinet, allowing the room to be used a den or office if desired. And we also provide a pack and play.
There are 3 large HDTVs with FREE Netflix, Max, Hulu, Showtime, Starz, Disney+, Apple+, Paramount+, and ESPN+, blazing fast WiFi, HDMI outputs, sound machines, as well as USB phone and tablet chargers in every bedroom.
The Kitchen:
Our spacious kitchen is a perfect fit for family cooking with modern appliances such as a gas oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. And the essential kitchenware includes plates, bowls, cups and mugs, pots and cooking utensils. FREE coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and much more. We also provide a high chair.
The Bathrooms:
Our two newly renovated ensuite bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, hair dryers, and toiletries.
Laundry:
Your own personal laundry including both washer and dryer. A clothes steamer is also available inside the house. And we always provide FREE laundry detergent.
Parking:
The home has a driveway that can fit two cars and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well.

Our beautiful home is hidden in the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to sunbathing and surfing on the beach and the adjacent dog beach, the eclectic shops and restaurants of downtown Ocean Beach on Newport Street, capped off by the iconic Ocean Beach fishing pier. There are a great mix of restaurants, bars, and an organic supermarket even closer on Voltaire and West Point Loma. It is located with easy freeway access, allowing you to reach all of San Diego's most popular attractions within a 10 - 15 minute drive, including SeaWorld, , Old Town San Diego, the Gaslamp District, Seaport Village, Petco Park, the Convention Center, Little Italy, Coronado, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach. All of the north county beach towns are within 20 - 30 minutes. Nearby Old Town Station gives you access to the Coaster and Surfliner trains as well as local trams, a short Uber-ride away. The airport is also only a 5 - 10 minute drive away. Please be aware that planes are audible in Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego.
HOUSE RULES
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with long term neighbors who enjoy their privacy and quiet hours.
- Please be respectful to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Please observe the maximum occupancy on your reservation. If you would like more than 4 people to occupy the home at ANY TIME during your stay, please confirm it with us before check-in, otherwise we will charge the reservation holder’s account $75 per person per night for the entire reservation for each unauthorized guest. Parties or events of any kind are PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. Please note that the premises have decibel noise and crowd detection devices installed to prevent unauthorized parties.
- Please follow the parking instructions in the Home Guide and our communication with you. Improperly parked cars may be towed.
- Illegal drugs and smoking of any kind are PROHIBITED anywhere on the property, including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, kretek, electronic cigarettes, hookah, vape, nitrous oxide, salvia or opiates. Illegal drugs and smoking any substances will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $750 Excessive Cleaning Fee. Please note that the premises have recreational smoking detectors.
- Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property—unless the reservation explicitly states otherwise—including but not limited to Siamiese, Persian, or Sphynx cats, Abyssinians, Macaws, Parakeets, Clownfish, Garibaldi, Bulldogs, Terriers, Retrievers, Hounds, Labradors, and most regretfully Corgis (we like them the most). $200 Pet Cleaning Fee will be charged for signs of animal presence.
- Open flames, candles, fireworks or charcoal grills are not allowed anywhere on the property.
- Our exterior home security cameras protect our home and our guests. Unplugging, moving, or blocking the view of the cameras is PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, as well as charges for any damages to the equipment and for reinstallation costs by a licensed security company.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING POLICY
Checkout time is 11 AM, unless a Late Check-Out was requested and approved. Our cleaning company requires the entire time between bookings to prepare the home for next guests. We will charge the reservation holder’s account for a $75 Unauthorized Late Check Out Fee per every additional 30 minutes after 11 AM.
We love and respect our cleaners, and we believe that they should be paid a San Diego fair wage for all the hard work they do. Our standard Cleaning Fee is calculated to cover regular cleanings between most reservations. We ask that you please take out your trash and wash your dishes—these two small tasks allow us to keep our Cleaning Fee more affordable. Our Cleaning Fee excludes a few items, such as excessive spills, stains, or glitter and confetti removal. If our cleaners invoice us for Excessive Cleaning Fee after your stay, we will charge the reservation holder’s account for the same amount. The following list includes some of the most common Excessive Cleaning Fees that we have incurred in the past:

Rearranging furniture, removal of decorations, such as balloons or signs - $100
