This gorgeous home is within Yaroomba’s gated estate Beachside. A three-bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. We can accommodate up to a group of 8 guests with an option of fourth bed in the upstairs lounge room (Queen sofa).
You can enjoy your holiday by going for a swim at the beach, relax in the communal pool, hike Mt Coolum, challenge your family to a game of tennis or simply unwind in the tranquillity of your own home with friends and family.
The space
The home has fully ducted air con and ceiling fans throughout, 2 lounge rooms, office space, outdoor area with Webber and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. This estate gives you direct beach access onto Yaroomba beach, and resort style communal facilities including a tennis court, pool, bbq and play area.
From your doorstep the beach is only a 250m walk!
We appreciate dogs are like family, so we would love to invite your small well-trained dogs allowed on application.
Downstairs has all you need to enjoy your time together relaxing, large open plan dinning, powder room, kitchen and lounge room which all opens out onto the alfresco area with a large couch.
Upstairs you will find a second lounge room (can convert couch to comfy Queen sofa bed). Adjacent to this is the office space. Down the hall you will find all 3 bedrooms including main bathroom.

6 min drive to the main town of Coolum Beach with great choices of cafes, restaurants, and shops.
4 min drive to Mt Coolum Shops with IGA, butcher, florist and two delicious restaurants.
5 min walk to the local Yaroomba shops for your morning coffee or some T/A Thai.
You can use Taxi, Uber or the Coast's bus service which stops out the front of the estate.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of two locked cupboards for our personal belongings and house supplies.
