Restricted parking for 3 cars, If you need extra parking you have the land behind the house to use for additional parking
If you lose the remote control of the entry gate or air conditioning or television, we will charge $300 reais each.
Guest is not allowed to touch the light panel or pool pumps!
Its highly restricted 🚫 the use of Glass Cup or Glass plates or any glass type, around or inside of the pool! Guest will be charge for any glass broken in or around the pool!
