Oceanfront beach cottage in the Historic District mid-island on Pawleys with a private boardwalk to beach, and private dock on the creek. Enjoy all that Pawleys Island has to offer. Beach in the morning and Creek in the afternoon! This home is perfect for your vacation at the beach. The updated kitchen features a view of the ocean, and new countertops, cabinets, sink and gas stove. Bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are also updated. Enjoy the oceanfront screened porch complete with rocking chairs, a hammock and beautiful views of the beach and ocean, plus an oceanfront sundeck with cabana. There is also a sundeck with comfortable furnishings overlooking the Live Oaks on the creekside of the home.
