It features 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds, mosquito nets on all windows and external doors, air conditioning, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 toilet, and smart TV. Front garden veranda with sofa, table, chairs and sunbed with parasol, grill, beach chairs and umbrella, ice and filtered water.
Shared swimming pool for adults and a separate swimming pool for small children, beach tennis, tennis court, grill, gym and playground.
This property is built and decorated to high standards. Unlike the majority of other houses, which are decorated and equipped with minimum comfort, for rental purposes only, this house is a dream beach house, and everything we put in there is of high quality.
There are six beach chairs and lounges, two beach umbrellas, a large cooler and a beach trolley that converts into a beach table, making it easy and comfortable to take all you need to the beach.
In the backyard of the house, there is a large BBQ Grill (with wheels, making it easy to move it to the front garden if you wish).
The kitchen is equipped with many cabinets, a Dishwasher, an Air Fryer, a Coffee machine, a Toaster, a Blender and all accessories from the KitchenAid brand.
