New this summer!I designed this direct oceanfront to have everything I dreamed of in a beach retreat. You will love being able to paddle out on the kayak or paddleboards to see the dolphins. (Note that there is a $1000 refundable security deposit to have access to the chairs, tents, boogie boards, tents, umbrella, basketball, pickleball equipment surfboard, paddle-boards, beach bikes and kayak as well as a signed liability release.) Just steps to the elevator or take the one floor of stairs to ground level and you’re on the beach. The resort has a large outdoor pool with bar and snack bar, covered heated pool, 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, basketball, pickleball, gym with sauna, and arcade.
