Mid Level: Main entry and foyer. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathrooms, one with tiled shower. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, and private bathroom. Hallway laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bathroom between levels.
Top Level: Open Great room with electric fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances and island seating 4. Dining room with bench seating for 8+ and access to the deck with outside dining table. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
