Summary: Late check-in and was given a King Rm. on the 3rd Fl. And the elevator was out of service during the stay. My wife found lingerie left by a prior guest under the bed. The room A/C was marginal, not cold. The hotel was also being used to house foreign workers instead of temporary guests. The location is well overdue for a major renovation.
