Positive: Our stay at Olivia International, Alleppey was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is comfortable, clean, well maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to help. I would especially like to thank Gowtham and Bismi at the reception. They were extremely kind, professional, helpful, and attentive. Their warm welcome and excellent service made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A very special thank you also goes to Dribika at the restaurant. She was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and very professional. Her hospitality and caring attitude made our dining experience much more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their excellent hospitality, cleanliness, service, and attention to guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and left with very good memories. Olivia International, Alleppey is a hotel I would happily recommend to others and would definitely consider staying at again in the future. Special thanks once again to Gowtham, Bismi, and Dribika. Your kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.
