Our SAND apartment is only rented from Saturday to Saturday. It consists of three double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, all with sea views, plus two bathrooms and laundry.
Completely renovated and ready to release!
New furniture, including doors and windows, facilities, bathrooms and new and bright kitchen.
The best of all is the large terrace where all our guests are very impressed by its views and the new exterior chill-out sofas, although the views from the living room are also unforgettable.
Located on the sea, in the charming port of Colonia de Sant Jordi, 100 m. from the beach "Es Port" and only five minutes walk from the beach "Es Dolç". It is also very close to the famous beach "Es Trenc" by car or bus.
It is ideal for a family with children, and even grandparents, or a group of friends, since it has beds for six people, two of which are double (1 80 x 2 00).
