The contemporary architecturally designed complex is secured by an electric gate, it also has a beautiful communalinfinity pool and heated spa just perfect to watch those amazing sunsets. There is direct walking access to the surf beach and park or a quick three-minute drive to One mile beach which is surf patrolled and has a kiosk. There are fantastic walking trails all around the area for those who like to explore the coastline and experience the flora and fauna of the national park.
One mile ridge has stunning polished timber floors throughout, the townhouse offers three-bedrooms and two bathrooms all spread over three levels. The air conditioned open plan living area has glass sliding doors that open out onto the large balcony which offers an outdoor lounge area and gas bbq cooking facilities. As this townhouse is located at the end of the driveway it is quiet and has a real calming feel with expansive views over the parklands and boat harbour.
The main bedroom is on the upper level and has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, private balcony with water views and ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. Bedrooms two and three are on the middle level, they both have ceiling fans and access to the deck so you can hear the relaxing sounds of the wildlife and waves crashing. The main bathroom is also on this level, it provides a shower over bath, vanity and toilet, fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided on this level.
There is a large fully equipped, modern kitchen with caesarstone bench tops, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and gas cooking and to top it off a fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.
No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the bbq provided on balcony.
Strict Complex rules - no boats, jet skis, trailersor pets allowed within the complex of one mile ridge.
