1 Bedroom Apartment in Argyle
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment. Located in a very peaceful, secluded neighborhood, but close to so many things! About 2 minutes off of I-35W and less than 15 minutes to the Texas Motor Speedway, 15 minutes to UNT, and 30 minutes to DFW (most importantly…less than 15 minutes to Buccee’s!) You’ll have everything you need for one night or many.
The apartment is located above what was once a state of the art recording studio.
Our property is 3 acres which you are welcome to walk around. I encourage to walk around our lovely neighborhood as well!
Please only enter the door into the house and up to the apartment. Other spaces are occupied by our family.
Pool is available upon request.
If you “reserve” the pool area, we will do our best to give you privacy.
We are right next door. Reach out if you have any questions or issues with your stay. We also have a wonderful team of cohosts who can answer any of your questions. Unless it’s urgent, we ask that you contact us between the hours of 8am and 11pm.
Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
