This Home is adjacent to the the historic 1880s Green Mountain Falls “Rose Cottage”. The cottage is located in front of the summer home and is vacant. Additionally, the lot is adjacent to the Catamount Falls trail head which leads to the Pikes Peak Catamount reservoir.
The upper level of the home features a large Great Room. This room boasts open beam ceilings and wood floors made from 100+ year old re-purposed lumber. Additionally you will find, a fireplace, two sitting areas, flat screen TV, and Antiques originally found in the historic "Rose Cottage". The kitchen features Granite counter tops and a mix of modern stainless steel and vintage appliances.
An open stair case leads to the lower level. The lower level features 3 bedrooms (2 with private vanities) and 1 bathroom. You will also find a compact washer and dryer and storage for towels and bath supplies.
