Large 22 x 40 heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool house with wet bar and half bath, ample patio furniture for lounging and dining.
Main House: 5 bedroom/4 bath. 1st floor: foyer, living room with fireplace, den, dining, kitchen, french doors to covered porch seating, bedroom, full bath, outdoor shower. 2nd floor: sitting area with fireplace opens to deck with distant water views, 2 bedrooms share hall bath, master bedroom and bath, laundry. Lower level, rec/theater room, bedroom and full bath.
Guest House: 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. 1st floor has open living/kitchen/dining, bedroom, full bath, laundry, front porch and rear deck, large back yard with outdoor shower, brick patio seating, horse shoe pit, 2nd floor is a large master suite with full bath with double shower and water views.
Ideally located off bike path to 'Sconset and Town. Sparsely populated beaches can be found at the end of Tom Nevers Road (less than a mile) for beach picnics and evening cocktails. Walking accessible in neighborhood and adjacent conservation land.
