Summary: Its definitely cozy! The view is great on one side but not so much on the other. We put a towel up in the window since there were no blinds so we didn't feel like the neighbors were looking in on us. It might be better during cooler months but we found it to be hot and a/c didn't cool it enough to sleep comfortably. Neither the map/address or description led us to the right location. You must use google maps. See pindrop in pic. It's off the main path so it was quiet. The beach chairs were a nice amenity.
