Positive: Ostria Village looks brand new - we booked here with just a few days' notice after our original accommodation in Sivota asked us to cancel because they were over-booked (?!). We loved the pool, the enormous comfortable bed, the huge bathroom and the large balcony with its view over the harbour. There is on-site parking in an underground garage and a lift. Our allocated room was up several flights of stairs and Pepe, our host, immediately moved us to a different room close to the lift when he saw that my partner has walking difficulties (thank you, Pepe!). Sivota has lots of restaurants and shops and regular water taxis to nearby beaches.
Negative: Lots of steps/stairs. Bare minimum of crockery etc in the kitchen - it would be a struggle to cook a meal. The fridge in the room didn't work - food actually went off in it! The hosts say they sourced very quiet fridges that are simply not up to the job of keeping things cold(!) and are going to replacethem. There is a big fridge for guests in reception but not particularly convenient.
