We are 5 minutes from the Otay/USA border and 7 minutes from the TIjuana Airport. We have a local OXXO that you can walk to get snacks and other small items. Our neighbors are great and sell food on the weekends. We also have a small heater for your comfort as most units in Tijuana do not come with heating.
