Welcome to Our Happy Place, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Come to relax and enjoy this single family home with lots of character! This property is very convenient yet offers a quiet wooded property off of Hwy 42 not bordered by other homes. It features a large backyard with a deck, firepit, and lots of room to run and play!
We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 1 dog. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date
***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Pets:

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
