1 Bedroom Apartment in Bagneux
I invite you to come and stay in my out of the ordinary artist's studio, just outside of Paris.
The underground (line 4) is just 10 minutes away. It leads to the heart of Paris in 15 minutes.
RER station 10min walk enables to reach the center of Paris (Châtelet) in 20 minutes.
I entirely designed this space with fine materials and a taste for beautiful second hand furniture and objects found here and there.
You can get to the studio after crossing a green and flowery courtyard (shared with the other condominiums), facing south. A table and chairs are at your disposal if you wish to eat outside in the courtyard when the weather allows it. Shared with the other apartments, but I am really the only one to use it since nobody else in the property uses them.
It is very easy to find parking in the streets nearby.
There is no private parking.
Note that the toilet is behind a curtain, and the stairs that lead to the bedroom are alternating tread stairs and quite narrow. It might not be suitable for people who are not agile.
The courtyard that leads to my studio is shared with the other 6 appartments of the small condominium. You can enjoy the courtyard but at reasonable hours (not before 8am and not after 10pm) and you have to respect the neighborhood.
Inside the studio, you get access to all rooms. However, I ask you not to go in the far end of the studio, where my paintings are stored either on racks or on the floor.
Also thank you for not to going on the terrace overlooking the room, because it is not secured.
WARNING : the stairs that lead to the first floor where the room is, are alternating tread stairs and are quite steep.
