Sights and sounds of action on Sapphire National Golf Course's 3rd hole fairway and green are partially obscured by canopy foliage. The house has an open floor plan with a master suite and guest suite on the main level. Two large dining tables provide plenty of seating. The upper deck hosts a gas grill and an additional dining table. The lower level consists of a large den with ping pong, arcade game, air hockey and separate seating centered around a TV and fireplace. The Mrs Pac-Man has more than 60 other vintage arcade games. Combine that with fiberoptic high-speed internet, and rainy days are a breeze! Three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms round out the downstairs.
