Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was wonderful. Property was stylish, clean, unique and very comfortable.

Negative: No communication from owner on how to access property. The property is two units built into one so we had no idea which one we were renting and no-one was on site. There was only one front door and it was locked. walked the property and then started trying the sliding glass doors. One had been left open and the leys were on the living room table. A text message or email from the owner would have saved us half an hour of stress trying to figure out what the process for accessing the property was supposed to be.
