Positive: We didn’t stay in this accommodation we were upgraded the day we were to arrive, so I can’t say what this place was like. I did ask to keep my original booking but the management had already given it away
Negative: On arrival we noticed a few issues, the dishwasher had some food in the bottom and the kettle needed replaced as it was full of limescale. We had let the management know but they were very hostile and said we were upsetting the cleaners! I have some video and photos but they weren’t interested in fixing these. The curtains fell down when we closed them in one room, the cleaner come put them back up. The air con didn’t have a manual but even at its coldest it was to hot. The apartment and location was stunning however and if the small issues had been addressed in a better manner this would’ve received a 5* reviews I had asked for all separate rooms but in arrival one room was in the living area, not ideal for privacy whilst travels with friends rather than family. They eventually opened another bedroom which again would’ve been great from the get go! Overall the apartment was great if all the issues had just been dealt with in a nicer manner but the rude person on the other end of the chat. The negative start to the trip could’ve been prevented by giving us 3 bedrooms with doors as requested the other cleaning issues could be rectified and instead of saying we were lying it would’ve gone a long away to have an apology instead.
Summary: Slightly disappointed by customer service to begin with.
