Although surrounded by Olive Groves and Vineyards, the villa is located in a 3.5 kms from the Walls of the town, the city centre of Lucca and the main shopping street of the town called VIA FILLUNGO.Although completely restored, there remains much of the property’s traditional charm. The terracotta floors as you enter and the original furniture are a case in point.ALBERTA FARMHOUSE is the perfect place to relax in the Tuscan countryside. Your peaceful surrounds are undulating hills dotted with cypress and olive trees and the vineyards are fringed by sun-drenched roses and plain trees. Tucked away among the natural splendour is Lucca, your closest town, known for its delicious pasta dishes, beautiful medieval streets and exquisite restaurants. ALBERTA FARMHOUSE is located in the hamlet of S. ALESSIO which offers a wide range of delicious restaurants and old shops such as butchers, grocery stores, bakeries, cheese and wines shops and even a well-stocked supermarket of local foods.Inside the villa, a masterful restoration harmoniously combines country chic interiors with typical Tuscan flair. The result is an atmosphere as warm as the weather outside. Traditional flagstone floors lead you to the outdoor dining room under an alfresco porch. The fully equipped country-style kitchen opens onto the outside dining area. On cooler evenings you can also opt to dine in the formal dining room which seats up to 12 people.
