Site within the Atlantic Forest with 15000 m2 with 3 groups of waterfalls and natural pool. The well in front of the cottage is deep. It is indicated so that it knows how to swim. But, the natural pool with a small waterfall, on the trail right towards the river flow (5min) .It is beautiful and with shallow water. It is studied the possibility of sale

The residence is a rustic chalet built in an artisan style of noble woods, architecturally integrated with the natural environment.
It has 2 open rooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the mezzanine.
We ask that this is a privileged place for nature lovers, like adventurers and ecotourists, who like the Atlantic Forest and small wild animals. It is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.
A place of many birds and great varieties of original typical plants.
The Internet is accessed by Moden 3G or Smartphones. It has flat screen tv with many DVd and parabolic. It also has a small collection of books for all ages.
It is 13 km from the urban beach of Paraty (Pontal) and 27 km from the beaches of Trindade
The road is paved until the last stop of the bus
The last 600 meters are harder, they are dirt but going slowly is okay

Summary: The property is on a beautiful setting on a creek with small falls and lots of pools to explore. The water is cool and welcome for hot days. The setting cools down as soon as the sun sets with cool nights that are welcome. When we arrived we noticed a few things. The parking is tight and difficult to enter. The entry needs to be filled and some bushes trimmed. I was worried my vehicle would fall over the edge as I was parked very close to it. Also the entry is offroad and I had to give it a rolling start to get a regular car up it as Normal vehicles such as mi e can’t get traction. I was glad I didn’t break anything. The property was smaller than I thought it might be. This was fine and exciting. The only internet access is from cellular service and 3G-4G. The upstairs is quite hot but with a fan on either side I was able to pull air through and cool it off quickly to sleep comfortably. The bed was comfortable upstairs. Downstairs the bed is hard and not something you want to sleep on. Maybe for small children only. Basically this home is for a couple with no more than two small children. The neighbours were a little closer than we liked so we could hear their music and the road is visible from the bedroom without proper blinds. So not as private as we wished without window coverings. Also the owner allows youth from the neighborhood to access the falls. They did this without notification and it startled us. It would be best for the owner to enhance the privacy of the property to market it as such. Also the property has no air conditioning and this could benefit especially because the property is exposed to much sunlight throughout the day. Overall we loved the beauty of the property and enjoyed despite some issues.
