Villa is situated on hilly terrain within easy reach center of city, beaches, restaurants, bars, activities, everything in just 5 minutes walk from house.
It´s charm leave to panoramic view from balcony(river, sea, mountains, islands), cozy place at pool, comfort in house and pleasantness of position and neighborhood.
Owing to better vacation, from this summer in house(garage, physically separate) will be little market, so you do not need to walk or drive your car for fresh groceries.

Driving or walking through the street ˝Put Borka˝ from center of city, house is on left side with number 47.
Around house at a street is space for parking(private).
Ground floor will have a market in next few months and separate entry for house(photos in soon time).
First floor have space with big kitchen, living room, big dining table and long balcony which is looking at sea, city, mountains, islands and embouchure of river Cetina. Rest of floor is with comfort hall with 3 bedrooms with king size bad, 2 bathrooms and half bathroom, wardrobe.
Every bedroom have something different-One of bedroom have bathroom, another one have entry for little balcony another one have a big locker with safe. Bathroom(red) is between two rooms for use with washing machine, opposed to bathroom is wardrobe room.
Second floor have a space with little kitchen, little table, entry for long balcony, table soccer and fitness which is looking at sea, city, mountains, islands and embouchure of river Cetina.
Also rest of floor is with comfort hall with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. Every bedroom have something different-One of bedroom have bathroom, SAT TV and king size bed, another one have SAT-TV and PS4 for fun with 2 sofa and entry for little balcony, another one have king size bed and a big locker with safe. Bathroom is between two rooms for use with washing machine, opposed to bathroom is wardrobe room.
Third floor is almost same like first. Differences is in that bedroom do not have bathroom inside then wardrobe, but this floor lose space for half bathroom and have a hall for entry to swimming pool and garden.
Up to pool, garden is coming over the little bridge and there is also your place for relax. Garden have 2 electric grills, sunshade, deckchairs, 2 tables, chairs, lemon trees, orange tree....
