The huge first floor balcony offers stunning ocean views and sea breezes and with its epic location, you can leave the car keys behind and experience an exceptional beachside getaway.
'Paloma' is light, breezy, newly furnished with floorboards throughout, and features a modern open plan kitchen, living, dining, with two generously sized bedrooms tucked away downstairs.
Comfortably sleeping four guests, 'Paloma' is perfect for a family of four or two couples. The large master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite, built-in-robe and split system. The second bedroom can be arranged with two long single beds or a King bed, and also features built-in-robe and split-system.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with separate toilet, along with a large private courtyard complete with outdoor seating and clothes line - perfect for waxing the surfboard and heading to the local beach break straight out the front door.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Curl up on one of the generous sized couches and read a good book. The modern kitchen with all the cookware and utensils needed to create a delicious dinner. And when you don't feel like cooking, take a stroll along the picturesque ocean way to dine at the many Currumbin cafes and restaurants, or make the easy 500m stroll to Tugun village.
Double sliding doors open to the large sunny balcony with outdoor setting and breakfast bar. Perfect for gazing at the ocean, enjoying a morning coffee, BBQ's and enjoying a bottle of wine and cheese board at sunset.
Fully equipped separate laundry is also upstairs. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
Just steps to Tugun beach and the pavement of the "Golden Four Beaches Walk", the picturesque walkway from the world-famous surfing spot Kirra Point through to Currumbin Rock (a part of the 36km Gold Coast Oceanway). It is a haven for walkers, joggers, cyclists, scooters and prams. A ten-minute flat easy walk will have you in Currumbin for great cafes, boutiques and the Vikings Surf Lifesaving Club. Tugun Village is also an easy 500m walk with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday, including grocery shopping at the local IGA or Tugun Market Co. Coolangatta airport is 8-minutes drive away, and access to public buses is just a few minutes walk away to explore the Gold Coast's most renowned attractions.
