The nearby charming town of Porto Heli (Port Cheli) has long been popular with affluent Greeks drawn to the town's rustic charm, lovely beaches, and nearby archeological and cultural sites. This gated property is within easy reach of several sandy beaches. Lauded as the crown jewel of the Saronic Gulf Coast, Porto Heli (Port Cheli) doesn't suffer from the same hordes of tourists typical of some of the Greek islands. ★
★The Space:
This extraordinary property isn't far from Porto Heli and Petrothalassa and the beaches, but it could be a world way! As you approach the property, you could be fooled into thinking that it is a hotel resort. But it is not. It's a 200m2 private holiday rental. The quiet privacy and amenities create a well-appointed and thoughtfully designed accommodation.
Sleeping: A good night's rest awaits eight guests among four beautiful, suite-style bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double/queen beds, and, unlike many rentals, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. Some of the rooms have a balcony.
It isn't often when you can say that a bathroom is stunning in design, but we can for this home's 4 ½ large, modern, and stunning bathrooms. Luxury tiles and features as spa-style showerheads enhance the design.
Kitchen: The full kitchen with full-sized appliances makes it easy to prepare your meals while on holiday. It is well stocked with the necessary tools for preparing meals while on your vacation, including pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. However, you can enjoy both al fresco cooking and dining thanks to the fabulous outdoor kitchen with full appliances and grill near the pool.
Living areas: The living room has several sitting areas so that guests can relax comfortably while still enjoying each other's company. Additional features of this space include a fireplace, television, and winding staircase that leads to the upper levels of the home.
Outdoors: The views are extraordinary from your garden and pool! Sip a drink while you sit under a palm tree listening to the winds blow softly across the trees. At the heart of this Greek holiday experience are the fabulous pool, outdoor amenities (including a full outdoor kitchen), and phenomenal gardens with manicured lawns. There is a resort-style ambiance guests will enjoy and appreciate throughout their stay. The outdoor space, dotted with mature palm trees, includes several dining areas and a shaded patio next to the house with several seating areas.

The town of Porto Heli sits on the shores of the Peloponnese, west of a large gulf and natural port used since ancient times. The town features a variety of world-class seaside taverns and restaurants. Porto Heli is one of the most upscale vacation areas in Greece. It is popular with affluent Athenian families, royals, and Greek shipping heirs. The concentration of wealth is higher here than anywhere else in Greece. The large hordes attracted to mass-tourism do not typically come here. While not actually remote, the area feels remote, offering a relaxing atmosphere, clear waters, and privacy for those who seek it.
Athens is about 2 ½ hours away (186km) along a scenic drive. Some visitors arrive by ferry or private boat/yacht. ★

Quaint sandy beaches and crystal blue waters are surrounded by lushly-landscaped rolling hills.
Picturesque fishing villages dot the surrounding area as do monuments and archaeologically significant sites.
The island of Spetses (approximately four nautical miles away) can be reached by water taxi from the port. Take a horse-drawn carriage tour once there.
The charming and car-free island of Hydra (18 nautical miles) can also be reached by water taxi from Porto Heli. More than 500 donkeys act as transportation on the island instead of cars.
There are numerous beautiful beaches on Spetses and Hydra.
The ancient theater of Epidaurus is near Porto Heli.★
