It is a stunning Grade 2 Listed Georgian house with incredible views over the River Teifi Estuary and out to the sea, across Poppit Sands. Constructed in 1847, the property has been extended and improved over the generations, culminating in the current owner's sympathetic restoration of this historic building.
The space
Entering the property through the original front door, you find a reception room to both sides with a study and the kitchen flanking the central sweeping staircase at the rear of the house.
The ground floor is home to a Sitting Room with views overlooking both the garden and panoramic views over the estuary and the town of St Dogmaels.
Perhaps the most impressive element is the stunning orangery/lounge added to the western side of the property providing a large family dining and sitting room.
As you go up the beautiful staircase you arrive on the first floor which has 4 similarly sized bedrooms with a full bathroom and a ensuite bathroom on the rear bedroom.
The outside space is vast, with stunning views which are seen in almost every room in the house. There's plenty of space to relax from grassed areas to planted gardens to explore.
