The home is located in the beautiful Georgian neighbourhood of
Camden/ Larkhall with its spectacular views of Bath's a UNESCO
World Heritage city.. A walk down onto Walcot St, brings you into the city centre where you'll find Bath's celebrated cultural, historical and sporting attractions, great shopping, and plenty of bars and restaurants to unwind in. There are countryside walks such as to Solsbury hill, or through the meadows and along the canal, perfect location for the best of both worlds.
The space
The interior oozes bohemian style and charm with bold colourful décor and vintage furnishings. Every window at the front of the house looks out onto a fabulous far reaching view across the city to the countryside beyond and brings in an abundance of natural light into the rooms.
The spacious accommodation is spread over three floors. On the ground floor is a welcoming sitting room with dining area which leads through to a compact, well-equipped kitchen, with a wide hatch open to the dining and sitting area. Also there is a ground floor bathroom with bath shower. Up the stairs leads to the first floor with a double bedroom and a spacious twin room with zip and link bed that can be made into a super-king on request. At the top of the house is a further large bedroom with a luxury zip and link super-king bed (can be made into twins on request) and a chair bed, ideal for a child or small adult. There is also a modern shower room on this floor which is accessible for all the bedrooms.
The property benefits from having a front and back garden for you and your dog to enjoy. Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £15 per dog.
This is a great house for friends and family to get together and provides the perfect base to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer.
Parking is free on street in the surrounding area above Camden road or to the right of Claremont road, so the closest would be anywhere of Fairfield road, Eastrville or Dowding road, all a 5 minute walk
Other things to note
The property is well served (every 15 mins) by buses a 1 min walk for a 10 minute ride to the centre of Bath through the historic streets
