The apartment of about 45 square meters has just been renovated and newly furnished, very bright and welcoming, it is on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen and a complete bathroom. is equipped with everything that can be used for a comfortable stay, has the washing machine and the necessary for the spread, dishwashing cloth and tablecloth. A parking space is available in the quiet courtyard at the back. The hospital of Cisanello is 800 meters away and at 500 meters there is the Esselunga shopping center with various shops and services including bank and pharmacy. In front of the house there is a quiet restaurant / pizzeria bar, very convenient for a breakfast or an evening and also to take a pizza and eat it comfortably and warm at home!Below the house there is a bus stop, crossing the road at 80 meters another and at 700 meters near the shopping center the LAM stops. at about 2 km there is the entrance to the FI / PI / LI highway.
In just a few minutes you can walk to the hospital, the station and the historic center in 20 minutes, and in a moment you can set off for a trip outside the other beautiful Tuscan cities and towns.
