Walking up the stairs to the main level, you'll find an open living and kitchen concept, complete with a coffee nook for those coffee lovers. A great corner country style table can sit the whole family! Also, off the living area, there is a 3/4 bathroom, and a small area with a curtain to enclose the space with a set of bunk beds. The master bedroom on the main floor offers a queen style bed and a very cool propeller ceiling fan! Step out onto the porch off the main level with a wooden bar built-in with bar stools to sit and enjoy the views of the water. If it's getting buggy outside but you still want to enjoy the outdoors, you may enclose the porch with the sliding screens.
The lower level is the perfect hangout spot, complete with a built-in bar with bar stools, tv, a couch to relax, and multiple games such as connect four, darts, and hook and ring game. There is also a laundry area. Off the hangout/ second living area, you will find a bedroom boasting two queen-size beds and a half bathroom.
Outside, enjoy a small grassy area to relax or go fishing right from your grass. Across the street, you will find a small sandy area where you may load your kayaks, paddle boards, or canoes into Lake Winnipesaukee.
