4 Bedroom House in Acacia Bay
This beautiful eco-friendly home, just a few minutes drive from Acacia Bay and Whakaipo Bay (both great places to swim), and on a private one acre section, yet only 10 minutes drive to town, is a wonderful place to unwind or to catch up with friends and family. Free WIFI, Sky Sport, and Chromecast.
There are four double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a portacot or rollaway bed are available on request.
The living room doors open wide to allow wonderful indoor/outdoor flow onto either of two lovely outdoor entertainment areas, while double-glazing and a fabulous log fire (or heat pumps if you prefer) ensure that the house is cosy in winter. There are no stairs or steps to negotiate, great for children or older folks, and the section is fully fenced.
While here you will enjoy not only our quiet little paradise, but also our aviary with budgies and cockatiels.
In the lounge you will find board games for those wet weekends.
Bring along the children's bikes or scooters as the driveway is great for riding on. There is plenty of off-road parking for several vehicles on the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including an automatic espresso machine (with beans provided) and tea available (you will need to pick up milk on the way ). A high chair is available for your child if required.
The price quoted includes bed linen and towels, we don't add an extra charge for this.
We have recently installed a security camera on the end of the shed. This is for security purposes only, no recordings or data from visits is retained.
Special conditions:
Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please respect our home by leaving it tidy. Families preferred. A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you are wanting a house to party in, then sorry but this is not the house for you. We would appreciate our guests cleaning up after themselves.
