Hill Country Southern Retreat is a fabulous home situated on 10-acres with amazing Hill Country views. The home is centrally located off Fitzhugh Road between Drippings Springs, Bee Cave and Austin along the Texas Wine Trail wineries, restaurants, breweries and distilleries.
The home offers two levels, a spacious 4,273 square feet with six bedrooms and four full bathrooms to sleep up to 13 guests.
You'll enter the home through the side patio door, stepping direction in the great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with a farmhouse décor and plenty of windows bringing a wealth of natural light to the area. Additional living spaces include an upper-level family room and a den.
Living Room: The spacious living room offers cozy and comfy furnishings, a 50” Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-functioning). Enjoy easy access to the outdoor living spaces.
Kitchen: The kitchen has upscale Jenn Air appliances, including double ovens and a gas stovetop. The large center island is great for meal prep and entertaining, and offers bar seating. There is also a reverse osmosis drinking water system to keep you hydrated.
Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for eight, lots of light and patio access.
