4 Bedroom House in Burns Park, Ann Arbor
Recently renovated, this Burns Park home has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ann Arbor! Awesomely located - we are less than 1 mile from the Michigan Stadium and a bike ride away from downtown and campus (15-20 min walk).
Burns Park in a very family-friendly neighborhood with charming tree lined streets. Our home is a 1946 Cape Cod that's been updated throughout. There is a very generous backyard that provides a great place to relax or dine outside. For the kids (and some adults) there is also a large trampoline!
We have four bedrooms - all equipped with comfy new mattresses (2 queen, 1 full, 1 twin). A twin & full air mattress and pack-n-play for little ones are also available. We have 2.5 bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms upstairs w/one attached to the master bedroom, and a powder room on the main level.
We have plenty of street parking in addition to our driveway that allows for two parking spots.
Since we live full-time in this home, it is very important that our guests are respectful to our neighbors.
Ways of getting around: We have an old school (1960) Schwinn tandem bike that is a blast to take out around town. It's yours for play as well as 2 kid bikes, and two adult bikes. Other ways of getting around: Bus, foot, Uber, taxi rides.

The Burns Park neighborhood is rich collection of architecture, history, community, and culture located in central Ann Arbor. The close proximity to downtown and the University of Michigan's central campus makes this a desirable area for professors, faculty, graduate students, and growing and established families. Located within the neighborhood is Burns Park, which is connected to the Burns Park elementary school. This 15 acre park was originally home to the Washtenaw County Fairgrounds and you can still see the oval outline of trees where the horse track used to be. In the 1920's it was turned into a public park and named after a University of Michigan botany professor named George P. Burns, a founder of the parks commission. Enjoyed in all seasons, it offers a nice sledding hill, huge fountain, tennis courts, ball fields, basketball, sand pit, shelter, restrooms, and play structures.
