Ideal for work crews or families, we cater to traveling nurses and long-term stays in McKinney, TX. Our fully furnished space is available for up to 5 weeks on the calendar. However, for longer durations, go ahead and book the max days available and send us an inquiry with your true desired dates and specific requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.
➤ When you walk into the house, You will immediately enter the living room.
➤ Going all the way through the living room, you'll be able to see into the dining area which shares a space with the kitchen.
➤ The Kitchen comes fitted with a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, Keurig and dishwasher
➤ There's an Amazon Firestick TV so that you can sign into your Amazon account and favorite Streaming Services (we'll send you a video on how to sign in if you've never used one before).
➤ The Master bedroom is fitted with King sized bed.
➤ The other 2 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 guests per room.
➤ There are 2 full bathrooms with a place to shower. One bathroom has a tub and a shower (2 separate units).
➤ Guests will have access to the entire home except for the front hall closet which is set aside as our maid and maintenance closet.
➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.
ARRIVING:
Go to the front door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code.
Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock button on the lock. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
There is no key provided for the back door. But you will need to lock it from the inside before leaving.
DEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured. Your departure will be at 10:00 AM on your checkout date.
PARKING: There is free parking in the driveway. Guests are NOT allowed to park in the street.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Guests will be allowed to use the fireplace inside. Please use these amenities and the property at your own risk, the Host and Home Owner are not liable for any injuries that may incur while staying at this property.
PETS: 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs) are allowed, but please pick up after your dogs. There is a $50 pet fee. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee.
SLEEPING: There is a King bed in the master bedroom. Each of the other two bedrooms have a Queen bed. In the living room, there is a sofa that pulls out to a Queen bed. We also have a Queen air mattress available. So, we can accommodate up to 10 people sleeping.
TV: There is a Amazon Fire Smart TV in the living room. Feel free to sign into your own subscription services. Be sure to sign out of your accounts before Checkout to prevent future guests from using your subscriptions.
EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance have been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before new guests can check-in. Early Check-ins may be requested for an additional $25/hr (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. Requests for early check-ins must be made before 9:00 am of your check-in date, and are not guaranteed to be approved.
For Late Check-outs:
We have to coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams, to ensure that the next guest has a clean and smoothly run stay. Cleaning crews must work to plan out multiple cleanings in a day at properties that are not in the same location. Therefore, requests for Late Check-outs must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $25 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $40 fee for checking out late.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
When requesting the door code in the messaging center, please provide your email and the secret Code word: Armadillo. This ensures that we know you've read the rules.
