The home features four spacious bedrooms on two different levels, making it perfect for large families and groups.
The master suite sits on the upper level and boasts a comfy king-sized bed. You can unpack your things and store them in the large walk-in closet so that you feel right at home. This room has an ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and a desk so that you have a place to get some work done during your trip if necessary.
The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. The second bedroom and third bedrooms are both outfitted with king-sized beds, Smart TVs, and dressers for your belongings.
The fourth bedroom is perfect for any kiddos in your group, with two sets of double bunk beds for memorable sleepovers. There is a sleeper sofa in the game room for any additional guests.

There are three full bathrooms, conveniently spread out across each level. All three bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and a starter supply of basic toiletries.
The upper-level bathroom is an ensuite to the primary bedroom and features a large walk-in shower. The main floor bathroom is situated off the main living area and has a shower/tub combo. The lower-level bathroom has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.

The common areas are on the second floor. You’ll feel right at home when you step into the well-stocked kitchen. Cooking family meals is a breeze thanks to the spacious countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and the essential cooking utensils and supplies provided.
Help yourself to the complimentary coffee bar, which has a regular coffee maker, a Keurig machine, and all the coffee and fixings. The front porch area has seating for two and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning brew while enjoying the fresh air.
Just off the kitchen is a large 6-person dining table, though you could also head outside and eat al fresco at the 6-person outdoor dining table on the huge deck in the backyard.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a full day of outdoor activities. Curl up with a good book and enjoy the cozy surroundings. There’s a bright and airy sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows just off the lounge, perfect for your morning meditation practice, yoga, or simply hanging out to enjoy the greenery. There are so many great places to hang out around the house, but the game room is by far one of the favorites. Hours of entertainment await the whole family in this fun room. Many families visit Woodland Park to experience the nearby outdoor activities. But enjoying the great outdoors can be as easy as stepping out into the home’s stunning outdoor space, where you’ll find plenty of outdoor seating.
The back deck features an outdoor dining table for six, plus a grill and a fun tree house for the youngsters. Have a revitalizing soak in the four-person hot tub - there’s no better place to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing! The jets and lights make it a great place to hang out in the evening. We also provide large beach towels that are just for hot tub use!
There’s also a table-top propane fire pit and a large turfed area for yard games. The backyard is completely fenced in, so don’t hesitate to bring your furry friend along! Perhaps the best part about the outdoor space is simply being able to breathe in the fresh mountain air and take in the amazing views!

As a guest, you will have private access to the whole house, except for one owner’s closet. Free parking is available for multiple vehicles in the driveway.

This is a quiet neighborhood not far from the main stretch of Woodland Park. It feels like you are deep in the mountains when you are only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Please be kind and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet time is after 10 pm.
Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car. We have plenty of parking for oversized vehicles or ATVs. Uber and Lyft are available and you could also walk to nearby shops.

All of the Smart TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. Please bring your login info for your streaming channels.
You are in the mountains of Colorado! You will probably see wildlife, but please observe from a distance. There are often deer, elk, and bears in Woodland Park and around our home. Please use the bear-proof trash bins for any trash, and do not leave trash or food outside. You may also see the occasional rodent, snakes, and bugs. Please just keep your distance and stay safe.
It is ILLEGAL to feed wildlife in Colorado. You could face a $100 fine for feeding wildlife. Keep your distance and NEVER feed any wild animals!
